Integration between Tidsbanken and 4human HRM
Seamless transfer of employee data from 4human HRM to the Time Bank
4human HRM acts as the master for employee data, structured into three separate entities: employment , company Employee and user . Through an API-based, nightly integration, updated employee data is automatically sent from 4human HRM to the Time Bank.
The integration is configured to only send delta data – that is, information about new or changed employees since the last transfer – and transfers the entire dataset for those that have been updated. This provides efficient and accurate synchronization, so that the Time Bank always has up-to-date information without the need for manual effort.
