SmartDok and 4human HRM integration
Seamless flow of employee data from 4human HRM to SmartDok
4human HRM acts as the master for employee data and shares information structured into three entities: employment , company Employee and user . Through a scheduled, nightly integration, updated employee data is automatically transferred from 4human HRM to SmartDok – a cloud-based project management system for tradespeople and contractors. The integration uses API on both sides and only sends delta data – i.e. new or changed entries since the last transfer – for efficient and secure data sharing. This always provides up-to-date information in SmartDok, without the need for manual registration.
What does integration help me with?
The integration ensures that employee data is automatically transferred from 4human HRM to SmartDok, so you always have up-to-date and correct information in your project management system – without manual registration. This saves time, reduces errors and provides better control.
How data flows through the integration
4human HRM acts as the master for employee data and automatically sends updates to SmartDok via a scheduled, nightly integration. The data is transferred through secure API calls, and only changes or new entries (delta data) are sent - the entire employee data set is only transferred if changes have been made. This ensures that SmartDok always has up-to-date and correct information, without unnecessary data load.
