4human enters Sweden - Will you be the first key person?

4human has been referred to as Norway's fastest growing HRM provider, where our growth of almost 30 percent last year is highlighted as the highest in the Norwegian HRM industry. The growth journey continues, and 4human is now entering the Swedish market. Do you have an interest in HR Tech? Do you want to develop together with the most competent employees within the delivery of business-critical HR solutions? We are now recruiting Swedish-speaking delivery consultants to join the venture.

In 2025, Swedish companies will finally be able to simplify and improve their everyday life with 4human HRM and we are therefore looking for Swedish-speaking, skilled colleagues who want to join the team.

The Swedish venture will initially be managed from our offices in Norway. This role as Senior Delivery Consultant will be one of two employees involved from the beginning and is therefore a unique opportunity to create a solid foundation in Sweden and further investments.
