We are strengthening our team in Tønsberg, Skien and Oslo with eight talented employees who bring valuable experience, expertise and commitment. Some of them we already know well, and several are completely new. Get to know our new and familiar faces!
Aaron Nzigo
Sales Executive
We welcome Aaron to 4human , where he now works as a Sales Executive in the department QM365 at our Oslo office. He has broad experience in sales and business development from both the foodtech and SaaS industries, and has held roles as Business Development Manager, Team Lead and Sales Executive with responsibility for national and Nordic markets. Aaron has worked closely with customers across industries and geographies, and brings valuable insight into QM365 team. In this role, he will present our solutions to new customers and help simplify and structure their daily work through digital quality systems.
Catherine Davis
Head of Customer Success
We welcome Cathrine Davis to 4human as our new Head of Customer Success. Cathrine comes from SuperOffice and has solid experience from the SaaS industry, with a background in sales, business development and product marketing. She has a bachelor's degree in Management Sciences and a master's degree in International Marketing.
In her role, Cathrine will be a driving force to ensure that customers get maximum value from our solutions throughout the entire customer journey. She is passionate about creating clear, proactive and value-driven customer experiences, where insight and dialogue are central. For her, customer success is about building strong, long-term partnerships where we understand the customer's goals, challenges and opportunities - and ensure that the technology actually helps them get where they need to go.
Erik Moen
Sales and delivery specialist
We also warmly welcome back Erik Moen, who is back at the company. 4human in Skien as a sales and delivery specialist in TQM department. Erik comes from the position as QHES Manager in ENRX AS, where he has worked for the past two years with quality, environment, sustainability and HSE – as well as personnel responsibility. He has extensive experience from 4human his/her TQM department, where he worked from 2009 to 2023, and knows both the field and our customers well. In his new role, he will combine sales and delivery in a 50/50 split.
Simen Sveen
Security Engineer
Simen Sveen is back in 4human after three years at Advania – and we couldn't be happier! Simen started his journey in 4human already in 2013 through Microsoft University, and has since then worked with everything from support to operations, networks and technical solutions. After a period at Visolit/Advania, he now returns to 4human as a Security Engineer in a DevSecOps role. With his broad technical background and deep understanding of security, Simen is a solid asset to our security team.
Kristoffer Olaussen
Delivery consultant and advisor
Kristoffer Olaussen is employed as a delivery consultant and advisor in 4human , and will work in QM365 department at our Oslo office. He comes from Malthe Winje, where he has worked with quality, HSE and information security, and at the same time has been an active user of QM365 as part of the company's management system. Kristoffer has solid experience with ISO work and improving management systems, and will be part of the delivery team, where his experience from both the customer and user side is a valuable contribution. We look forward to the continuation!
Unni Hoiby
Senior Technical Consultant
We also warmly welcome Unni Høiby, who has started as a Senior Consultant in the field of sick leave and sick leave follow-up in HRM department in 4human Unni has solid experience from both the public and private sectors, including as an HSE advisor and professional manager at DNB. She will contribute to improving the processes around sick leave follow-up, developing guidelines and support documents, and not least – helping to shape the future of AI-based services within HR.
Kurt Einar Fjeld
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Kurt Einar Fjeld started on July 1 as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the entire 4human group. He has extensive experience in security, including as a senior consultant for 4human IT and as Head of Cloud Operations at Advania Vestfold. Since 2022 he has had a shared role as Security Manager, but now he is taking on the position full-time.
"I look forward to helping strengthen security efforts and working closely with colleagues in 4human The group," says Kurt.
Heidi Karlsen
Delivery consultant
Heidi started with us in April 2025 as a delivery consultant in 4human , and now becomes part of TQM team in Skien. She has a background in technology management and chemistry/process, and broad experience as an HSE manager, including in three companies that already use TQM Enterprise. She has solid expertise in ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, as well as extensive experience with HSE and project management. We look forward to benefiting from her insight and contributing to further development with her! ‑leader, including in three businesses that already use TQM Enterprise.
