User Days 2025 – From talk to action
Highlights from the User Days 2025
Two days full of hands-on learning, developing technology and sharing experiences across HR, quality and business management.
In November 2025, we gathered customers, partners and professionals from all over the country for this year's user days. The joint program set a clear direction: more use of artificial intelligence in work processes, a stronger culture of innovation and better flow between systems.
Highlights from the joint program:
- AI in practice: Simple and concrete steps for how HR and quality management can already benefit from artificial intelligence.
- Culture for innovation: Yngvar Ugland from DNB showed how businesses build creativity and a willingness to change – and why this is a management task.
- Social trends: Ulf Andersen from NAV shared recent figures on sick leave and demographics – and what this means for businesses in the coming years.
- Customer experiences: Kim Ole Hareide-Skimten, HR/HMS Manager from Ocab Norway showed how they use 4human solutions in practice to create better structure and better management with several examples of integrations for smarter data flow making operations simpler, safer and more predictable.
HRM : From sick leave follow-up to Nordic growth:

HRM track had a tight program with a focus on the entire employee journey, practical use of modules, and upcoming opportunities.
- Onboarding to offboarding: Practical use of modules throughout the employee journey was communicated, also in separate sessions (competence, time registration and HR analysis, etc.) - with concrete examples from the delivery consultants of practical use.
- Useful tips and new functionality within sick leave follow-up were also presented, which can simplify a travel everyday life
- Kjetil H. Johansen, CTO at Utleiemegleren shared how they have streamlined everyday life for managers and employees by using 4human HRM
- Mikael Oterhals from Sysarb explained the requirements and measures that must be in place before the deadline for the Equal Pay Directive comes into effect.
- Eletive + 4human HRM : Here it was presented how Eletive's People Management solution, in interaction with 4human HRM , contributes to increased engagement, development and measurable results in the organization.
- Processing protocol and deletion rules: Practical advice from 4human's privacy officer.
- 4human locally and internationally: Startup in Sweden and what it means for our users as well as further product news, roadmap and integrations.
TQM : Status, product news and practical risk management:

TQM track focused on market developments, product improvements and a practical approach to quality in everyday life.
- In a full hall, the status of TQM , product news, roadmap and what's happening in the market oriented.
- Ida Marie Moen and Ole Martin Kjørstad from BDO gave a concrete introduction to risk management: strategy, operations and how to link the levels together, followed by a practical workshop with the risk module and compliance assessments.
- Kjersti Larsen from Certego shared experiences from ISO 27001 implementation in TQM .
- The senior advisors reviewed the most commonly used modules – documents, events, activities and checklists – with a focus on new functionality.
QM365 : New trends and insights in quality management:
The QM365 track brought together users who want more structure, better risk overview and smarter use of data.
- Review of the latest trends in risk management and quality management
- Practical examples from industry experts – with tips that can be used in your own work life
- Quality Manager at SINTEF , Jørn Stefanussen, took us through how they engage employees through active use of QM365
- Demonstrations of new products and early insights into upcoming features.
The most important meeting place for HR and quality this year
The 2025 User Days clearly showed one thing: successful businesses work holistically with people, processes and technology. At the same time, the need for insight, structure and good governance is greater than ever.
