Women who lead, develop and inspire in 4human

On the occasion of Women's Day, March 8th, we would like to 4human to pay tribute to all our talented female colleagues. We are proud to see the strong representation of women in the IT industry, and especially in our own organization.

Today, women make up 43 percent of our workforce, and among the newest talent to join the company, many are women, strengthening both our expertise and diversity. We also have more women in our leadership team, reflecting our commitment to inclusion and equality at all levels.

We have also aimed to increase the number of women in the leadership team to reflect our commitment to inclusion and equality at all levels. Today, the leadership team has three female representatives, and we will continue to work to promote more women in leadership positions.
