Managing Director in Sweden, Veronica Tjomsland, has appointed the first part of the team that will anchor 4human in the Swedish market. “We are so happy to have our first employees in place,” says a happy Tjomsland. Tech lead integrations

We are proud to welcome Johannes as the newest addition to our Swedish branch. With experience as a developer, integration architect and Platform Engineering Lead at both small and large companies such as Storytel, Integrio and SBAB, he brings a solid technical breadth and a pragmatic approach to problem solving. Over the years, Johannes has worked on everything from building systems from scratch to scaling platforms and designing complex integrations. In 4human He will take on the role of Integration Tech Lead, where he will play a key role in developing both standard and custom integrations for us and our customers. He is particularly looking forward to working closely with both the customers and the team, and is passionate about collaboration that creates real value through agile and reliable integration solutions. We are very excited to have Johannes join the team!

Head of consulting

We have also hired Annika to assist the CEO, Veronica, and help establish 4human in the Swedish market. After eight years at Flexapplications, where she worked extensively with time registration, HR, travel registration and staffing – and the last two years in the role of consultant manager – she has gained solid experience in certification of payroll agencies, training activities and customer implementations. Before her time at Flex, she worked for many years in retail. In 4human She wants to contribute especially to the Swedish market with her extensive knowledge of systems and processes in Sweden. Her role involves setting requirements for the system, supporting Veronica Tjomsland, implementing customers and at the same time taking care of her responsibilities as a consultant manager. She is now getting a comprehensive overview of the system – and finds being new to the job both educational and exciting.
