4human participates in the ERG marathon for Barnekreftforeningen at UNITE Performance

On Saturday, April 25th, 4human at a charity ERG marathon in Tønsberg, organized by UNITE Performance in collaboration with Barnekreftforeningen Westfold.

With SkiErg, Bike and rowing machine on the program, everything was set for an intensive session – and it was. Together we worked our way through the exercises with a high pulse, good mood and a good dose of competitive instinct. In total, we burned 2082 calories during the day.

What made the effort extra motivating was the purpose behind it. For every calorie, donations went directly to Barnekreftforeningen Vestfold. It gave both meaning and energy to give a little extra when things really started to hurt.

Unity – also outside the office

The team consisted of both colleagues and good helpers from outside, and it was precisely this mix that made the day so great. We cheered each other on, pushed each other, and made sure everyone got through – with a smile (mostly).

From effort to community

After the finish line, we gathered for a well-deserved and informal lunch. Burgers and something delicious in a glass were a perfect end to a day that was about both effort and community.
