How Corona affected Widerøe

Widerøe started the job of digitizing its HR work. But then, the corona crisis came upon us! When the crisis hit, Widerøe was one of the first companies to be hit by the pandemic. Much of their revenue base disappeared overnight, and several of their employees were laid off.

Our good customer, Tove Pettersen, HR Director at Widerøe, talked about how the corona situation affected their business and how we at 4human have helped Widerøe streamline their HR work. We will also take a closer look at some of Widerøe's HR challenges.
