From complex processes to simpler everyday life for Nordic Crane

The collaboration was the start of a simplification of quality management work and HR processes. Competence, performance reviews, personnel follow-up and document management were streamlined, and Nordic Crane gained a process-based approach to its work.

Before we implemented 4human HRM and QM365, we were in one situation where our HR processes and quality management was a lot manually work . This created not only inefficiency , but also risk of error and lacking in according to privacy and quality assurance . So it was in order with a more structured and digital approach
Nordic Crane in Norway has already come a long way with the HR system 4human HRM, and we in Sweden are now in the starting phase. With a strong template as a basis, we look forward to implementing the system's modules and streamlining our HR processes.
